Real Madrid officially sealed the Spanish League title for the 2021-2022 season after successfully slaying Espanyol in the match continued in Week 34.
Playing at their own headquarters, the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Saturday (30/04/22) night WIB, Real Madrid won a landslide victory with a score of 4-0 over Espanyol.
Real Madrid’s four goals against Espanyol were scored by braces Rodrygo Goes (33′, 43′), Marco Asensio (55′) and Karim Benzema (81′).
This result makes Los Blancos firmly at the top of the Spanish League standings by collecting 81 points from 34 matches. They can no longer be coup by Sevilla or Barcelona.

In the first half, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti surprisingly put Karim Benzema on the bench. He relied on the trio of Rodrygo, Mariano and Marco Asensio to fill the front lines.
