When will Spiderman: No Way Home Air on Disney Plus and on Which Streaming Platforms?

Fans will want to watch “Spiderman: No Way Home ” once or twice more.

“Spiderman: No Way Home ” is the Marvel Cinematic Universe trilogy of Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland.

The film “Spiderman: No Way Home ” even grossed billions of rupiah in its domestic opening week.

This film became the second biggest debut in Hollywood history.

Like past Marvel films, such as “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” Spiderman: No Way Home has received several box office hits thanks to repeated screenings.

Regardless of how magical the theater experience is, the advent of streaming will make many people impatient for this movie to be just a click away.

So when will Spiderman: No Way Home start streaming?

Spiderman and streaming have a similar relationship status to Ned Leeds and Betty Brant.

Spiderman: No Way Home will be available on streaming services later in the new year, but will continue to roll from platform to platform before hitting Disney Plus .

Spiderman: No Way Home has several stops.

First stops: VOD and Starz

2021 is the final year of Sony Pictures’ Pay 1 partnership with Starz.

That means the release of Spiderman: No Way Home has slipped into the Starz streaming catalog.

Pay 1 is also known as first payment, giving streaming partners exclusive streaming rights to a movie immediately after its standard video on demand window.

All VOD windows are different, “Spiderman: Far From Home” could be an example.

After debuting in theaters on July 2, 2019, Far From Home made its VOD 77 debut the following day on September 17.

Far From Home landed on DVD blu ray two weeks after and finally hit streaming platforms in the early quarter of 2020.

If Spiderman: No Way Home also has a similar plot, the trilogy will land on VOD in early March and then stream on Starz sometime in the summer of 2022 or mid-year.

Next Netflix?

Earlier this year the red and black streaming giant signed a deal with Sony Pictures.

In short this means Netflix continues after Starz, all the same rules apply, this starts 2022.

This means Netflix gets its first award in 2022 for Sony titles like “Morbius” and “Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse.

However, it will miss the opportunity for “Venom: Let There Be Carnage” and Spiderman: No Way Home .

Then finally Disney Plus ?

Just two weeks after Netflix got its pay 1 from Sony release, Disney agreed to become Sony’s Pay 1 partner.

This simply means that Disney is the third stop, after Spiderman: No Way Home closed Pay 1 on Starz, just going to Disney Plus .

The industry standard Pay 1 is 18 months, which is the length that Netflix and Sony have agreed on for their multi-year deal.

If No Way Home runs for a full year and a half on Starz, that means it will be available on Disney Plus sometime in mid-2023, at the earliest.

If the VOD window pushes deeper into spring 2022, fans may have to wait until early 2024 to stream on Disney Plus .
