Magnolia Pictures has released a new trailer for the film ‘Anaïs in Love’ which highlights the complicated romantic relationship of a young woman.

Magnolia Pictures has released the official trailer for the upcoming French romantic comedy genre film, ‘Anaïs in Love’.

The film stars French stars, such as Anaïs Demoustier, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, Denis Podalyds, Jean-Charles Clichet, Xavier Guelf, and Christophe Montenez. Demoustier himself will play the main character in ‘Anaïs in Love.’

‘Anaïs in Love’ tells the story of a young woman who falls in love with a famous novelist. Unfortunately, the novelist is the wife of a man who also has an affair with her.

In the latest trailer, the scene begins when the main character is late for a date and angers the man waiting for him. Anaïs (Anaïs Demoustier) then meets an older man named Daniel (Denis Podalydés) in an elevator, and the two begin an affair.

Their affair fizzled out as quickly as angina due to Daniel’s lack of passion, according to Anaïs. However, Anaïs finds something else in Daniel’s apartment that sparks his interest, a lipstick, a painting, a book written by Daniel’s wife, Emilie (Valeria Bruni-Tedeschi).

Despite Anaïs’ betrayal of a woman he has never met, he feels a direct attachment to Emilie. Anaïs became a little obsessed, chatting nonstop about Emilie’s writing to anyone who would listen.

Anaïs neglects all his responsibilities and begins to stalk Emilie’s activities, even to the point of following Emilie to a seminar very far from the city. Gradually, Anaïs and Emilie’s relationship develops into something more intimate until Daniel appears and catches Anaïs’ unnatural behavior.

In addition to the trailer, Magnolia Pictures also released a poster that mentions the release date. The film, which is Charline Bourgeois-Tacquet’s first feature debut, will be released April 29 in American theaters.

‘Anaïs in Love’ was screened at several major film festivals, including International Critics’ Week at the Cannes Film Festival, the Festival du Film Francophone d’Angoulême and the Sydney Film Festival in Australia. The film previously premiered in French theaters on September 15 last year.
