Towards the end of the episode, My Liberation Notes broke the rating record


Towards the end of its episode which fell this weekend, My Liberation Notes episode 14 which aired on Sunday (22/5) yesterday managed to break the rating record. According to Nielsen Korea , episode 14 scored a nationwide rating of 6.1 percent which is the highest record number during its broadcast period.

Even though at the beginning of the first episode, Kim Suk-yoon’s drama had received a drop in rating of only 3.05 percent. In stark contrast to its rival, Our Blues, the drama which Netflix both airs on Saturday and Sunday managed to get off to a good start with 8.1 percent.

The achievement of a high rating in episode 14 of My Liberation Notes seems to be successful because of the Mr. Romance scene. Gu (Son Seok-koo) and Yeom Mi-jeong (Kim Ji-won). In the episode, Mr. Gu finally reunites with Mi-jeong. The two are known to have been separated, because Mr. Gu chose to return to Seoul. In fact, because it makes you baper, Mr. Gu was again included in the list of trending topics on Twitter last Monday (23/5).

For those of you who haven’t watched this drama, My Liberation Notes has succeeded in stealing the attention of drama connoisseurs because it has a plot that makes them so relatable, and understands the conditions experienced by the characters in the drama. Most of the problems raised are problems and questions experienced in everyday life.
