The Simpsons: Homer and his family arrive with its 33rd season on Star+


The Adventures of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie will be released in March to the Brazilian public.

The Simpsons is the greatest animated series of all time. No wonder the show is releasing its 33rd season! The popularity of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie is still going strong in the community to this day, so, to our delight, it’s time for Brazilians to see the latest adventures of this chaotic family. The new season is coming to the Star+ catalog on March 16, see full details below!

Part of the bold animated group featured on Star+, The Simpsons is back for its 33rd season, starting a new phase with spectacular musical episodes. Among the novelties to come in this wave of chapters are crime drama-inspired plots, in addition to the classic Halloween specials, of course. For now, only the first 11 episodes of the season will be available as they are still airing in the United States.

Aside from the return of their beloved characters, the voice actors have had several cameos. For example, Kristen Bell (Frozen, The Good Place) will sing Marge in the opening episode, while Glenn Close (8-time Oscar nominee) will reprise Homer’s mother. Other guest stars include Brian Cox (Succession), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Bang Theory), Timothy Olyphant (The Mandalorian), Cristin Milioti (How I Met Your Mother), Alan Cumming (The Good Wife) and Rachel Bloom (Crazy Ex- Girlfriend). You can only find all the episodes of The Simpsons on streaming service Star+, which also features other content from the franchise, such as The Simpsons – The Movie, as well as short films with some of Maggie’s adventures, such as The Longest Day at Daycare and The Awakening with Snooze Force (which the last parody of Star Wars, of course). Other animations available on the platform are Futurama, Family Guy and American Dad!.

And fans can rest easy, because Homer and company’s journey is far from over: The Simpsons has been renewed for two more seasons! The show’s 34th and 35th years guarantee it will run until at least 2024. Will the creative screenwriter predict events that are more shocking than our reality? Wait and see… on Star+!
