Sullyoon and NMIXX’s Jinni Test Positive for COVID-19!

Two NMIXX members have tested positive for COVID-19. JYP Entertainment confirmed the news.
Sullyoon first tested positive for COVID-19 on March 14, 2022. He is said to have felt symptoms of a sore throat.

“Sullyoon has undergone two COVID-19 vaccinations. The only symptoms she feels are fever and sore throat,” said JYP Entertainment.”Currently, Sullyoon is undergoing self-isolation and treatment according to medical directions,” he continued.

After Sullyoon, Jinni was confirmed positive for COVID-19 on March 16, 2022 after undergoing self-test and rapid antigen. JYP Entertainment has also confirmed that Jinni has received two doses of the vaccination.

“On the morning of March 14, Jinni underwent a rapid antigen test and was declared negative. After that, she immediately underwent self-quarantine. On the morning of March 16, she took a self-test when she felt symptoms of a sore throat. She later tested positive,” explained JYP Entertainment.

“Jinni then underwent a rapid antigen test at the hospital. On the afternoon of March 16, Jinni tested positive for COVID-19. She has undergone two COVID-19 vaccinations. Her symptoms are fever and sore throat,” he added.

JYP Entertainment also promised that in the future it will continue to prioritize the health and safety of the artists. Management also promised to try to help Sullyoon and Jinni recover.
