Romelu Lukaku has reportedly told Chelsea officials to consider hiring an Inter Milan defender.
After losing Sevilla defender Jules Kunde, Lukaku recommended two of his former Inter team-mates to Chelsea.
Sportmediaset reports that the two names recommended by Lukaku are Alessandro Bastoni and Milan Skriniar.
Bastoni, 22, is just into his third season with Inter and recently signed a new contract with the club until the summer of 2024.
Skriniar has been linked with a move to the Premier League after impressing in Serie A in recent seasons.
The 26-year-old has made 170 Nerazzurri first-team appearances and was also a key member of the Slovakian national team at Euro 2020.
Chelsea are actually optimistic that they can bring Jules Kunde from Sevilla. Moreover, they had already sold Kurt Zouma to West Ham. However, Sevilla rejected a transfer offer from Chelsea .
