Red Velvet’s Seulgi Debuts Solo, Releases 28 Reasons October 4

One more member of Red Velvet who will debut solo. Confirmed by SM Entertainment, Seulgi will release her first mini album as a solo singer on October 4, 2022.
The mini album is titled 28 Reasons. In it, there are 6 songs with various genres, including the main song with the same title as the album.

Through 28 Reasons, Seulgi will show her transformation as a musician. He will bring a musical color as well as a unique concept through his solo debut.

Before his solo debut, Seulgi had several different music projects. He released the unit Red Velvet with Irene, also joined as a member of GOT The Beat.

Not only that, Seulgi has also been trusted to release Korean drama soundtracks several times. Thus, Seulgi ‘s solo debut as a musician has been highly anticipated by fans.

For curious fans, Seulgi’s debut mini album can now be ordered online and offline at various South Korean music stores. Orders are open from September 13, 2022.

Welcoming his solo debut, Seulgi also released a series of teaser photos. In these photos, he shows a different image from the one he previously released with Red Velvet.

Seulgi debuted with Red Velvet in 2014. At that time, they debuted with the release of Happiness with four members, namely Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, and Joy.

Yeri joined Red Velvet in March 2015. In this way, they released their first mini album titled Ice Cream Cake.

Throughout her career, Red Velvet has continued to release hits.  Such as Dumb Dumb, Bad Boy, Zimzalabim, to Psycho who always steal the attention of fans around the world. Red Velvet last made a comeback with the release of Feel My Rhythm in March 2022.
