If you plan to play God of War: Ragnarok on PlayStation 5 but you don’t have the new generation console yet, we have good news for you. What happens is that Sony has just revealed one more bundle of its system that this time will include the long-awaited Santa Monica game.
This new package will debut along with the title and will accompany the special edition DualSense that was revealed in mid-September, during a State of Play. The bad news is that the console that will include the game is a standard version, so there will not be a special edition PlayStation 5 as such.
This is what the PS5 bundle looks like with God of War: Ragnarok
PlayStation released this morning a new short trailer for God of War: Ragnarok that came accompanied by a surprise. It reveals the PlayStation 5 bundle that will include the new adventure of Kratos and Atreus. The package will be available in stores from next November 9.
As of this writing, its price has not been confirmed, but it is expected to cost the same as previous console bundles. It is important to note that the bundle includes a standard PlayStation 5 with a disc drive and a normal DualSense.
Thus, those interested in the special edition control must purchase it separately. Also of note is that a physical copy of God of War: Ragnarok is not included . The trailer specifies that buyers will have access to a code to download the title from the PlayStation Store. The item will be offered in a box decorated with the main art of the game.
Some fans waiting for the game were disappointed to see the contents of the package, as they expected Sony to release a special edition of its console or covers with motifs from the franchise. On the other hand, not everyone is happy that a digital version of the title is included.
