Premier League: Zidane Is Called Impossible to Train Chelsea, The reason is so trivial
Former Chelsea player, Emmanuel Petit, is not sure that Zinedine Zidane wants to manage the Blues.
Zidane has been linked with Chelsea amid the team’s poor form under Graham Potter.
But Petit, who won the World Cup with the former Real Madrid coach, believes the legend will not land in London.
“I may be wrong, but I don’t believe for one second in the rumors that Zizou will go to Chelsea.
Why Not Sure?
There are several things that make Petit believe Zidane will not coach Chelsea.
“Zidane’s future doesn’t lie in England, it lies elsewhere. Zidane has openly said he prefers a more refined and technical game. He doesn’t speak English, even if I believe he is taking lessons. But, the Chelsea dressing room doesn’t suit him,” Petit said.
“Knowing the way he manages the dressing room, he likes closeness, is interested in people before players. So you have to be able to communicate and speak the language,” he said. The language factor is crucial
Crucial Language Factor
Zidane is currently out of work after stepping down as coach of Real Madrid. But, according to Petit, England is not the intended destination.
“In England a lot of coaches are ridiculed in press conferences because they don’t speak the language, as in France too. After a while it creates a gap in understanding,” Petit continued.
PSG or the French National Team
Apart from Chelsea, Zidane has also been linked with PSG. The name closest to PSG if they want to change coaches is Zinedine Zidane who is also French.
Zinedine Zidane could have the same fate as Kylian Mbappe if he joined PSG. For example, French President Emmanuel Macron called Zidane to join PSG as he did with Mbappe.
