Premier League Results: 3 goals disallowed by referee, Chelsea still wins landslide victory over Leicester City


Chelsea should have won 6-0 if their three goals against Leicester City were not disallowed by the referee for offside. Competing at the King Power Stadium, Saturday (20/11/2021) night WIB, the Blues stole a 3-0 victory in the 12th week of the 2021/2022 English League.

The game has been running for three minutes, Chelsea already have a chance. Jorginho’s bait was received by Ben Chilwell, who lived to face Kasper Schmeichel. Unfortunately, his shot hit the goal post.

Chelsea finally opened the scoring first minute 14 ‘. Utilizing Chilwell’s bait from a corner kick, Antonio Rudiger successfully gore the ball which Schmeichel failed to hold.

The Blues really controlled the game. Within five minutes, Thomas Tuchel’s men had two chances at once, but had not changed the scoreboard.

Leicester actually managed to score in the 25th minute, but Lookman was caught offside first.

Chelsea managed to add a goal in the 28th minute. N’Golo Kante’s hard kick from distance tore apart the Leicester City net.

Chapter II
In the second half, Leicester City entered two players at once. James Madisson replaces Harvey Barnes, Kelechi Iheanacho replaces Ademola Lookman.

Brendan Rodgers’ men were able to press in 15 minutes of the second half, but no goals have yet torn the nets of Edouard Mendy.

Entering the 60′ minute, Tuchel entered Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic. The results are really effective.

Receiving feedback from Ziyech, Pulisic calmly struck the ball into the Leicester goal. The score became 3-0 in the 71st minute.

Two minutes later, Chelsea scored again. But Callum Hudson-Odoi was deemed to be in an offside position.

The referee again annulled Chelsea’s goal in the 81st minute. Lesakkan Pulisic indicated offside.

For the third time, the referee annulled a Chelsea goal. This time it was Reece James who was caught in an offside position.

The 3-0 score lasted until dispersal, Chelsea brought home three points from Leicester City headquarters.
