Director of Borussia Dortmund, Sebastian Kehl, discusses speculation surrounding Jude Bellingham’s future being linked with Liverpool .

The England midfielder joined Dortmund in 2020 and has three years remaining on his current contract. However, his future at Dortmund is in question.

A recent report claims Bellingham has a verbal agreement to join Liverpool .

Liverpool will finalize a deal to sign the England international in 2023.

What’s the Dortmund boss saying?
Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement with the player. However, they still need approval from Dortmund, who want to keep the 19-year-old after turning down a number of offers this summer.

“I hope Jude Bellingham will stay after 2023. I can see he feels very comfortable with us,” Kiehl told Sky90 via Sports Mole , Monday (29/8/2022).

Bellingham has also been linked with Real Madrid.

Liverpool have long been linked with Bellingham. The English native is one of the best young midfielders owned by the Three Lions.

He has grown rapidly since leaving England. Bellingham also became one of Dortmund’s mainstay players.
