Arsenal’s desire to sign Dusan Vlahovic will soon be realized. Reportedly, the Gunners have received the blessing of Fiorentina to bring Vlahovic in the January transfer window or summer 2022.

The 21-year-old player is an important figure in Fiorentina’s attack line. Last season, he managed to gain 21 goals from 40 matches in all competitions.

Entering this season, Dusan Vlahovic still shows his sharpness. The Serbian striker managed to score 10 goals from 12 appearances in all matches with I Viola.

Vlahovic’s brilliant appearance made a number of elite European clubs interested in getting his services. Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Manchester City are said to want to woo Dusan Vlahovic in the 2021 summer transfer market.

However, the plans of Tottenham, Arsenal and Man City to sign the player did not materialize. The reason is, Fiorentina are reluctant to release Dusan Vlahovic at any price.

Arsenal reach agreement with Fiorentina
Even so, the Gunners did not just give up. Arsenal also made another approach to secure the service of Dusan Vlahovic .

Reportedly Italian journalist, Gianluca Di Marzio, Arsenal have reached an agreement with Fiorentina regarding the transfer value of Vlahovic. The London Cannon Team agreed to woo Dusan Vlahovic with a tag of 80 million euros (Rp 1.3 trillion).

Arsenal plan to bring Vlahovic to the Emirates Stadium in the January transfer window or next summer. However, the Gunners still have not received approval from the player.

The reason is, Dusan Vlahovic is also being approached by Juventus. The former Partizan player was also interested in defending I Bianconeri.

In fact, in order to join Juve, Vlahovic is reluctant to extend his contract with Fiorentina which ends on June 30, 2023.

Reportedly an offer of 75 million euros is enough to convince Fiorentina to let go of the striker.

However, it is not only Manchester United who are interested in Vlahovic. The striker is reportedly also a target for Manchester City and Juventus this summer.
