Only One Weakness Inter When Draw Against AC Milan, Final Finish

Milan Skriniar is not satisfied with the one point achieved by Inter Milan against AC Milan. Skriniar thinks Inter should have won this match.

Inter face Milan in the match week 12 of Serie A 2021/22, Monday (8/11/2021) early morning WIB. The duel titled Derby della Madonnina was completed with a score of 1-1 at the San Siro.

Inter were able to take the lead through Hakan Calhanoglu’s penalty. However, the Rossoneri were able to equalize after Stefan De Vrij scored an own goal.

La Beneamata could actually increase their lead in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, Lautaro Martinez’s penalty was saved by Milan goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu.

Lost Two Points
The draw against Milan did not satisfy Skriniar. The Slovak player feels he has lost two points in this match.

“It was a tough game, and we knew that, but if you look at the number of chances we had, I think it’s fair to say we lost two points tonight,” Skriniar said.

“In the chat in the dressing room after the game, we felt that we had shown that we were very strong and compact. We’re freaking everyone out.”

Less Final Solution
According to Skriniar, Inter were able to dominate the match. There is only one thing that he thinks is still lacking, namely the final settlement.

“We dominated the game like we did in other games against the big teams,” he continued.

“What was lacking was finishing to take more chances. We have to be sharper.”

Pioli’s confession, Milan should have more Ladeni Zlatan Ibrahimovic

AC Milan have a chance to win when they serve Inter Milan in a fierce Derby della Madonnina duel, Monday (11/8/2021). Unfortunately, both teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

The match at the San Siro was intense. Inter took the lead through Hakan Calhanoglu (11 ‘), Milan equalized late for the suicide of Stefan de Vrij (17’).

After that Inter were awarded a second penalty in the 25th minute, but Lautaro Martinez’s execution was saved by Ciprian Tatarusanu. Then, Milan gained control of the match in the second half, unfortunately failing to score.

This failure is a little unfortunate by the coach, Stefano Pioli . What did he say?

Should have served more Zlatan
The match was evenly matched for 90 minutes, but you could say Milan got more moments in the second half. Pioli admits that his team can do better.

“Indeed there were difficulties, but tonight we once again showed courage. And both teams have the same chance to win,” Pioli said on DAZN via Football Italia.

“We made a mistake for the opponent’s penalty, but we kept our plan and tried to turn the situation around.”

“We should have played more with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, because tonight he didn’t get enough serve.”

Playing well in the midst of injury
However, this draw is fairly slick for Milan. They enter this match in the absence of several important players such as Maignan, Romagnoli and Theo. The back-up players are proven to be able to play optimally.

“Ante [Rebic] is very important, because he can change the rhythm of the game and he plays very aggressively,” continued Pioli.

“Tonight we saw Rafael Leao a little less sharp. It was inevitable because he played in every game in the last three weeks,” he said.
