Netflix Original Movies Coming to Release in October 2021


Netflix will re-release a series of original films in October 2021. Welcoming Halloween, Netflix has certainly prepared various films that are dominated by the horror and thriller genres . Curious about any movies, right?

Immediately, here are eleven Netflix original films that are ready to be released in October 2021.


1. The Guilty (October 1, 2021)
The Guilty is a film adaptation of the Danish drama of the same name that premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. This crime– thriller genre film previously premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 11, 2021 and in limited theaters on the 24th. 30 million dollars, Netflix finally managed to get the rights to this film and will be aired on October 1, 2021.

The Guilty is set one morning at the 911 emergency call center. Call operator Joe Bayler (Gyllenhaal) tries to save a caller who is in grave danger. However, he soon realized that the summons was not what it seemed. He also has to face the truth which is the only way out.


2. Escape the Undertaker (October 5, 2021)
Escape the Undertaker is a Netflix film that is ready to air on October 5, 2021. This is an interactive horror genre film inspired by the famous WWE villain . The film will star the famous retired professional wrestler, The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Calaway.

Escape the Undertake is set in The Undertaker’s haunted house. Using his famous strong urn, he will “torture” the WWE team, The New Day, in his halls. The New Day must be able to survive the various surprises in The Undertaker’s house. In this film, the audience will decide the fate of The New Day team.


There’s Someone Inside Your House is a Netflix film that premiered at Fantastic Fest on September 23, 2021. The film will be released globally on Netflix on October 6. The film, adapted from the novel by Stephanie Perkins, stars Sydney Park, Théodore Pellerin, and Asjha Cooper.

There’s Someone Inside Your House tells the story of a mysterious killer who uses a mask that is made to resemble the face of each victim. Makani (Sydney Park) and his friends then try to reveal the identity of the killer before they themselves become victims.

4. My Brother, My Sister (October 8, 2021)
My Brother, My Sister is an Italian film produced by Netflix. The film about this family will be released globally on Netflix on October 8, 2021. Starring Alessandro Preziosi, Claudia Pandolfi, and Ludovica Martino, this film will tell the story of a father’s will who forced his two children to live together.

They are Nik (Alessandro Preziosi) and Tesla (Claudia Pandolfi) brothers who have not seen each other for more than twenty years. Nik and Tesla, as well as Tesla’s children which include Sebastiano and Carolina, finally try to overcome differences to become a family living under one roof.

5. Fever Dream (October 13, 2021)
Fever Dream is a Netflix film written and adapted from the novel of the same name by Samanta Schweblin. Starring Maria Valverde, Dolores Fonzi, and Emilio Vodanovich, this Spanish-American film is set to hit Netflix on October 13, 2021.

Fever Dream will tell the story of a woman named Amanda (Maria Valverde) who vacations in a quiet Argentine village with her young daughter, Nina (Guillermina Sorribes Liotta). Amanda then realizes that things around her are not as they seem. Within the beauty of the countryside lies a terrifying tale of dark forces, strong emotions, and pervasive danger.

6. The Four of Us (October 15, 2021)
The Four of Us is a German Netflix film that will be released globally on Netflix on October 15. This comedy genre film will star Nilam Farooq, Jonas Nay, and Paula Kalenberg.

The Four of Us will tell the story of the exchange of two couples over four weeks. The two couples then meet again at a secluded beach house and find that everything has changed.

Their feelings are tested and their choices and life expectancy re-evaluated. In the end, one question that remains is whether they really love each other or not.

7. Night Teeth (October 20, 2021)
Night Teeth is a Netflix original film starring Jorge Lendeborg Jr., Debby Ryan, Lucy Fry, Megan Fox, to Alexander Ludwig. This horror- thriller genre film is ready to be released on October 20, 2021.

Night Teeth will tell the story of Benny (Jorge Lendeborg Jr.), a freelance driver hired by Blaire (Debby Ryan) and Zoe (Lucy Fry) to take them to several popular LA nightclubs. When Benny realizes that his passenger is actually a centuries-old vampire, he is quickly swept up in a power struggle between the city’s vampires. He also had to ally with the girls to stay alive.

8. Stuck Together (October 20, 2021)
Stuck Together is a Netflix original film written, directed, and starring Dany Boon. Besides Dany Boon, this comedy genre film also stars François Damiens and Laurence Arné.

Stuck Together is a two-hour film that tells the story of Paris who is trapped due to the lockdown in her apartment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The residents of the quirky apartment building must then adjust to their new life. Stuck Together can be watched on Netflix starting October 20, 2021.
