Marvel Studios to Announce MCU Phase 5 Lineup soon

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is the largest film universe in the world today. As of this writing, Marvel Studios has released 28 films and 7 series, which will continue to grow as the MCU Phase 4 continues. Interestingly, it was recently reported that Marvel Studios is ready to announce a new line of projects that will be in MCU Phase 5.

Launching Gamesradar , Kevin Feige as president of Marvel Studios revealed directly about this. According to him, MCU fans will be able to see the plans for Phase 5 in the near future and know where the franchise will take him. Even so, Feige did not reveal when and where the MCU Phase 4 announcement would take place.

“Given that we are nearing the end of MCU Phase 4, I think people are starting to know where the next saga is headed. I think there are plenty of clues as to where this saga is headed next. However, we will be more upfront about it in the coming months, to set a plan so that audiences who want to see a clearer picture can see the small map (MCU Phase 5),” said Feige.

Based on the lineup announced a few years ago, MCU Phase 4 was supposed to end soon , around the end of 2023 or early 2024. Because, MCU Phase 4 now only leaves six films, two of which will be released in 2022. So, it’s not surprising that Marvel already planning to announce a series of films and series in MCU Phase 5.

Most likely the announcement of the MCU Phase 5 will take place at the D23 Expo 2022 event. If it is true, then we will be able to see the MCU Phase 5 lineup on September 9, 2022 simultaneously with the implementation of the event.
