Marvel Studios Boss Becomes Target of Petition for Disposing of Non-Disney TV Series


Marvel fans are not only excited about the launch of new films and series produced by Marvel Studios and Disney+. Some of them are nervous about the disconnection of the story in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) franchise with several non-Disney+ TV series.

There are quite a number of TV series whose stories are not considered by Marvel Studios. All of them were produced prior to the launch of the Disney+ platform. Starting from Agents of SHIELD, Agent Carter, to franchises on Netflix: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, to the Defenders.

Marvel Studios’ inconsistency in handling non-Disney Marvel TV series, inspired some fans to create a petition that also addressed Marvel Studios boss, Kevin Feige .

On social media, representatives from “MCU Wiki” shared an 18-page petition letter nudging Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige. The content is an invitation to make the Marvel television series recognized by Marvel Studios. This fan representative collected signatures from more than 100 community members.

After the petition was circulated, there was no excessive reaction from certain parties. Even Marvel doesn’t seem to mind it. Of course, fans from all over the world responded positively to the presence of this petition.

Speculation about Hugh Jackman returning as Wolverine arose because the actor from the X-Men and Logan films uploaded an image of Wolverine’s claws by fans of the BossLogic Instagram account owner.
