Manga Jujutsu Kaisen Shines Again

Along with the re-publishing of the latest chapter of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga in early August, his loyal fans were also shocked by other news.
The animated film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 which is a prequel to the manga version has released a new trailer. In the latest trailer, the main character named Yuta Okkotsu appears from childhood to adulthood.

Other characters also appear, there are Gojo Satoru, Panda, Toge, and Maki who are present in the appearance of a younger age.

How about the manga version that shines again this month?

The Jujutsu Kaisen manga was on hiatus on June 21 due to the comic artist’s health problems. The Japanese comic by Gege Akutami was re-published earlier this week through the 35th issue of Shonen Jump Magazine.

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 153 is back with an even more interesting story. The previous chapter was the end of the Zenin clan arc and the start of a new arc with the rescue mission of Satoru Gojo.

The death of the characters Nanami, Mechamaru, and the leader of the Zenin clan makes Japan’s condition chaotic. In chapter 153, the manga is titled Gambling Match.

The continuation of the story Yuji Itadori and Hakari Kinji join for a martial arts competition that is held underground. Yuji manages to enter the competition, but Megumi is unable to participate due to Hakari’s ban.

Another comic panel tells of Yuji Itadori who is good at talking and convincing the people around him. They seem to be joining forces to save Satoru Gojo.

Previously, Gege Akutami announced the series was forced to go on hiatus for the first time.

“I have been asked by the editorial department to take a break from this comic series,” said Gege Akutami via his personal Twitter account.

But from June to the end of July 2021, Gege Akutami also followed the advice of the editorial team to take a hiatus. This hiatus condition is usually carried out by other popular manga comics such as One Piece and Hunter X Hunter in order to slow down the publishing schedule and improve health conditions.

Jujutsu Kaisen Comics Sends Sweet Messages To Fans

The news of the hiatus or temporary cessation of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga announced in June 2021 took fans by surprise. How not, since it was first released three years ago, comic artist Gege Akutami has never stopped working.
The comic, which is published once a week in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine, is one of the most anticipated shonen manga (manga for male readers). Although it is classified as shonen, its readers also extend to women.

After a month-long hiatus, Jujutsu Kaisen returned to the spotlight earlier this week. The Twitter timeline talks about Gege Akutami’s creation again.

On the Twitter page, Jujutsu Kaisen comic artist Gege Akutami gave a sweet message to his loyal readers.

“Many thanks to mangaka and readers who contacted me while on hiatus,” Gege Akutami tweeted today.

As Jujutsu Kaisen moves forward again, readers expect the comic artist to continue to maintain his health and recover.

“Sweet words from Gege Akutami. Always healthy, my favorite comic artist,” said a loyal reader of Jujutsu Kaisen.

“Yes, you can read the continuation of Yuji Itadori,” continued another.

Right now, the Jujutsu Kaisen manga is heading into some big action.

Annihilation games are on the horizon, so readers will know how the fight goes wild. Yuji and Megumi ensured themselves to be the two best magicians in the third year.

This pair seems to be getting stronger as magicians. Their strength is also said to have grown stronger.

Jujutsu Kaisen tells the story when a world where cursed spirits devour unsuspecting humans, fragments of the legendary and feared demon Ryomen Sukuna are lost and fall apart.

“If there is a demon that eats Sukuna’s body parts, a power that can destroy the world as we know it. Fortunately, there is a mysterious school of Jujutsu Wizards that exists to protect the precarious existence of living beings from the supernatural,” wrote Shonen Jump.

The Jujutsu Kaisen manga sold 8.5 million in early October 2020, 10 million on 29 October 2020, 15 million on 16 December 2020, and then 20 million on 13 January 2021.
