Jimmy Butler had his worst performance in the current NBA playoffs on Thursday when his Miami Heat were routed by the Boston Celtics 110-97 in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

It is that the hierarchical forward barely scored 14 points, making only 10 field attempts and unable to lead a South Florida quintet that still leads the series, but has lost the last two challenges.

Of course, confidence and personality are hallmarks of Jimmy Butler, who believes that his team will win the next game against the Celtics and advance to the NBA Finals.

“We’ll win the next game, we just have to play better, start better with the starters and make it difficult for them, but we’re going to win this series,” the six-time All-Star Game owner told Sporting News.

“It’s going to be all smiles. We’re going to be very consistent knowing that we’re going to win the next game,” the Miami star continued.

Despite having dropped in performance in the last three games against the Celtics, Jimmy Butler remains the Heat’s leading man today and the man called upon to lead the club to its second league finals in the past four seasons.
