Bring Liverpool to Silence Everton, Divock Origi Branded Legend by Jurgen Klopp

Despite playing dominantly, Liverpool struggled to score in the first half. As a result, the score 0-0 lasted until the break.

In the second half, Jurgen Klopp made a substitution in the 60th minute. Divock Origi comes on for Naby Keita, while Luis Diaz takes over the role of Sadio Mane.

As a result, Liverpool managed to break the deadlock in the 62nd minute through the action of Andy Robertson. Mohamed Salah’s stomach bait was able to be completed by Robertson into a goal with a header.

Jurgen Klopp said he was satisfied with the performance of Liverpool players , one of whom was Divock Origi . The German manager was without hesitation to praise Origi.

He is a fantastic footballer, a world class striker and has always been our best finisher,” said Klopp.

. Everyone liked Divock Origi and rightly so. He was once again very decisive.”

For Divock Origi, it was his 41st goal in 173 appearances for Liverpool. Unfortunately, Origi’s work duration will end this season and never get a new contract.

Liverpool – Everton manager Frank Lampard complained about the referee’s performance when his team lost 0-2 to Liverpool in the Marseyside derby at Anfield Stadium, Monday (25/5/2022) early morning WIB. He even quipped by bringing up the name of Liverpool star, Mohamed Salah.

Then, five minutes from the end, Divock Origi doubled the Reds’ lead with Luis Diaz’s assist. The goal made Liverpool managed to come out as winners with a score of 2-0.

Everton, despite playing defensively and losing heavily from possession, threatened Liverpool’s defense several times. In this match there was a moment when the Toffees player fell in the opponent’s penalty box.

Anthony Gordon fell in the box 16 after being pressed by Liverpool defender, Joel Matip. Unfortunately Stuart Atwell as the referee did not pay attention to the incident. Lampard was really annoyed because he believed the moment would have resulted in a penalty had it happened to Liverpool .
