Barcelona Wins Comeback in the Spanish League, Xavi Hernandez Still Grumbling


Barcelona coach , Xavi Hernandez, is still complaining even though his team won a 2-1 comeback win over Elche in the 2021/2022 Spanish League continued, Sunday (6/3/2022). According to him, Barcelona played not as effective as usual.

Barcelona fell behind in that match. When the game was running for 44 minutes, Elche broke into Barca’s net through Fidel Chaves’ goal.

The victory made Barcelona push to third place in the Spanish League standings, only a deficit of seven points from Sevilla in second place.

Real Madrid are still firmly at the top of the table, with a 15-point advantage over Barcelona . Then, why is Xavi Hernandez still upset after the win over Elche?

Xavi said he is happy that his team is now starting to feel comfortable in the top four to ensure a ticket to the Champions League next season. However, he also realized that his team really had to keep fighting hard for the rest of the season.
