He closes his factory for 5 days to take his 60 employees on vacation
The good work of employees is not always well rewarded by their bosses. However, in Malaysia, a businessman decided to give his sixty employees a well-deserved vacation with all pay, after closing his factory for five days. The video was made viral on Twitter and many users did not hide their “healthy envy”.
Khairul Aming is a famous food entrepreneur in Kelantan, Malaysia, where he has two factories. In April of this year his name went viral for rewarding his workers with a day of shopping, as well as a special bonus, but recently he once again captured the eyes of the world.
The Malaysian tycoon and content creator closed one of his businesses for five days to give his sixty workers a well-deserved vacation in Langkawi, a Malaysian archipelago of 104 islands that is one of the tourist attractions, according to SAYS.

5-star hotel, a private yacht and more
The group of employees stayed in a five-star hotel with everything paid for to make them comfortable, according to what Khairul Aming himself indicated in a video he posted on his Twitter account.
Precisely, in the video you can see how some of the people relax on the beach during the first day of vacation, while others play volleyball.
“The next day, I surprised them by taking them on a private yacht cruise to watch the sunset. The cruise was exclusive only for them and did not include the public. They enjoyed the sunset while swimming in the sea.” explained the tycoon, who also gave them a small money bonus to have fun at night.
In the remaining days, Khairul Aming took his team on a mangrove cruise, to an aquarium and hosted an elegant farewell dinner. “All 60 employees were extremely happy,” he admitted.
