Ray Stevenson, the unforgettable Tito Pullo from ‘Rome’ and Marvel’s savage punisher in ‘Punisher 2: War Zone’, dies at 58

ray stevenson has passed away at 58 years old for reasons that have not yet been disclosed. The British actor made his debut in the 90s, but it was in 2004 that his career changed forever when he landed one of the leading roles in ‘Roma’, the excellent HBO series.

A long and varied career

Born on May 25, 1964 – just three days from his 59th birthday – Stevenson’s first role was in a brief appearance in 1993 in the British miniseries ‘Guide for Adulterous Women’. Since then she has worked tirelessly on British television. Her first big break was in a supporting role in ‘King Arthur’a Hollywood blockbuster that failed at the box office.

Barely a year later, he began to give life to Tito Pullo in ‘Roma’ and then focused for several years on the big screen -although in 2012 he also participated in season 7 of ‘Dexter’-. Of course, it was a pity that ‘Punisher 2: War zone’ did not have the success it deserved, which led us to never see that version of Frank Castle.
