Teenage Boruto is shown to have complete control over Jougan and Karma. Little Boruto is not yet adept at controlling the two. Jougan may also be the result of Boruto’s genetics. If so, then it’s possible that Boruto inherited another power through his Otsutsuki lineage. Boruto might be the only one who really poses a threat to the Otsutsuki clan.

2. Links to Toneri Otsutsuki

In The Last: Naruto the Movie , Hanabi is kidnapped by Toneri Otsutsuki. Toneri, who is actually attracted to Hinata, is a great threat to the earth. While Hinata was being held hostage, he carried out some kind of unexplained experiment on her.

The fan theory states that Toneri might change Hinata’s DNA. Fans believe this is what caused the Jougan in Boruto. While this is just a theory, Toneri is clearly keeping an eye on Boruto. Her extreme interest in Boruto is inexplicable. But, it might have something to do with Jougan.

1. Blue eyes

Momoshiki made a prophecy as he faced his eventual battle. “Those blue eyes of yours will take everything from you,” Momoshiki said at that time. However, this could be attributed to Jougan. Moreover, Jougan is often described as a whitish blue.

Momoshiki also called Boruto’s Jougan difficult. It is possible that this prophecy and the difficult label are related. That blue eye prophecy might have more to do with Boruto’s Jougan, not his eye color. Even though Jougan only appeared in one of his eyes.
